How to Clay Bar | Best Detailing Clay Bar

Over the last few years, the Clay Bar has been a rather new innovation in car care. A clay bar is synthetic material that smoothes your cars paint surface and removes containments and pollution from your car’s paint surface.

How to use a Clay Bar

If you are wondering how to use a clay bar the clay bar process is not all that hard but rather takes patience and time. To use a clay bar (can be found at Meguiar’s or even AutoGeek )spray the paint s surface liberally with the detailing clay kit supplied spray. The included spray in the kit is used as a lubricant between your luxury sports sedan and the clay bar.

Use a smooth back and forth motion with light pressure to remove paint containments and pollution. The mild abrasive of the clay bar grab the small impurities and help make your car /  sedan’s paint glossy, smooth and reflective.

Spray a quick detailer and gently buff the area dry with a clean microfiber cloth to remove any remnants of the residual detailing clay bar.
