After years of rumors and speculation Porsche has taken their successes in building sports cars and luxury sport SUVs and applied the learning’s to create Porsche’s high performance luxury sports sedan; the Porsche Panamera. With a price range of $89,800 - $132,600 the Panamera delivers all the performance and luxury you will find in their sport cars but now in a sedan.  The initial reaction – Porsche makes one helluva 4 door car capable of reaching speeds of 175 mph.

The Porsche Panamera gets its name from the La Carrera Panamericana sports-car race held in the 1950’s. First look and the car appears to be a stretched 911, though the nose and front area of the car resemble Porsche the four-dour gran turismo has a most peculiar shape and angle.
The entry-level, rear-wheel-drive, 400-hp Panamera S is a front engine V-8 which is able to propel the 4100 pound sedan from 0 to 60 in 5.1 seconds and send it through the quarter mile in 13.5 at 105.8. Porsche Performance doesn’t stop there as they have also in their arsenal a 500-hp, all-wheel-drive Turbo as well as the all-wheel-drive Panamera 4S.

Porsche is able to deliver a performance sports sedan, with room for 4 adults and a trunk big enough to do grocery shopping.
